  • Altitude — 1,200 m.a.s.l.
  • Varietal — Mundo Novo
  • Process — Natural

This coffee comes from Sul de Minas — the largest Arabica-growing region in Brazil, responsible for around 30% of the country’s Arabica production. The region’s climate, topography, and geography make it an ideal place to grow some of Brazil’s finest coffees. Mundo Novo is a well-known Arabica varietal that is especially traditional in Brazil, typically showing the chocolate, nut, and caramel notes characteristic of Brazilian coffees.

Strict quality criteria ensure high standards: altitude, choice of Arabica varietals, legal compliance, and cupping results above 80 SCA points. In addition, the coffee is stored in accredited warehouses to guarantee quality control.

In recent years, a more meticulous approach, investments in technology, attention to detail — especially in post-harvest processing — and close cooperation among producers have significantly raised the quality of Sul de Minas coffees, reaching previously unseen levels of excellence.
